What is the return policy?
All our products are custom and made to order just for you. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. Once an order has been placed, it is automatically sent out to production and hence cannot be canceled or modified.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
All items are made to order through our production partner. Production and shipping take up to 10 business days.
Products are shipped via USPS. Please note that delivery dates are estimates and NOT guaranteed.
Verify the shipping address before submitting your order(s). No refunds will be given for incorrect addresses and we will not re-send orders. If a mistake is made on the shipping address after you submitted an order, please contact us IMMEDIATELY to make the adjustment. We are unable to make changes once the item is being processed. If a shipped item is lost, damaged, or destroyed during transportation, it is not Star Fruit Collective’s obligation to provide a refund or credit to the customer/purchaser/buyer. The customer/purchaser/buyer is accountable to contact the shipping party for any questions, concerns, or monetary compensation.
How do I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your order, go to the Order Tracking page and enter your order information.
Processing can take up to 5 business days, and shipping takes up to 6 business days. Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed.
If you need your order by a certain date, contact us IMMEDIATELY with your order # and we may be able to upgrade the shipping for an additional cost.
How do I check the shipment tracking of my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the subject Shipping Details with the tracking number.
You can also check the status on our Order Tracking page by entering your order # and email address.
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes! For all custom orders, we provide a proof for your approval before anything is processed, ensuring you get exactly what you envisioned. Please contact us about your custom order request.
What is Direct to Garment (DTG) printing?
Direct to Garment (DTG) printing is a process where ink is applied directly to the product. As opposed to heat decal transfers, DTG designs hold up after the wash.
Please note that everyone has different ways of viewing the products. Either through mobile, laptops, tablets, etc. Depending on which device you are using to view our products, the design or shirt color may come with slight variances.
Are payments on your site secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) to protect your personal and payment information during checkout. For your protection, we do not store your full credit card information. Any data required for recurring payments is securely handled by our third-party payment provider.
